High on the misty slopes of central Kenya, volcanic soil, cool nights, and equatorial sun slow the ripening of the cherries. Patience shapes everything. The beans grow dense, carrying flavors formed by altitude, rain, and time.
In the cup, a bright, juicy acidity appears first. Lively, never harsh. Blackcurrant leads, followed by citrus, cassis, and soft florals, like sunlight through leaves. Each note feels precise, as if it knows its origin.
